What happens after a barcode is purchased?
Please note that we do not distribute GS1 barcodes, as these are for non-literature retail items. For ISBN and ISSN numbers, it is required of you to also send through certain information such as publication title, editorial page, publisher, etc. Have a look at our ISBN and ISSN pages to find out the specific requirements and steps of this process. Next, we register the barcode numbers with the national library which takes up to 10 working days. Once the registration process is completed, we can put together your image designs and send them to you via email or post.
